  1. (a) Appointment of a deputy treasurer shall be:

    1. (1) In writing;

    2. (2) Signed by the county treasurer; and

    3. (3) Recorded in the county recorder's office.

  2. (b) A deputy treasurer shall possess powers as authorized by the county treasurer.
