The clerk of the county court shall maintain a register of county advisory and administrative board appointments established by a county quorum court, including:

  1. (1) The name of the board;

  2. (2) The ordinance reference number establishing the board;

  3. (3) The name of the board member;

  4. (4) The date of appointment; and

  5. (5) The expiration date of the appointments.
