  1. (a) Any officer referred to in this subchapter who neglects to comply with any requirement of this subchapter shall be guilty of a violation.

  2. (b) Upon conviction, the officer shall be punished by a fine of not less than twenty-five dollars ($25.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100) for each neglect or violation.
