Prior to administering any psychological evaluation tests, the person to whom the test is administered must be warned prior to any questioning that:

  1. (1) He or she has a right to remain silent;

  2. (2) Anything he or she says can be used against him or her in a court of law;

  3. (3) He or she has the right to the presence of an attorney; and

  4. (4) If he or she cannot afford an attorney, one may be appointed for him or her prior to his or her questioning if he or she so desires.
