  1. (a) There is established a State Crime Laboratory.

  2. (b) The laboratory shall offer services to law enforcement in:

    1. (1) Forensic pathology;

    2. (2) Toxicology;

    3. (3) Physical evidence analysis;

    4. (4) DNA analysis;

    5. (5) Drug analysis;

    6. (6) Latent fingerprint identification;

    7. (7) Firearms and toolmarks analysis;

    8. (8) Digital evidence analysis; and

    9. (9) Other such areas as the State Crime Laboratory Board deems necessary and appropriate.
