  1. (a) Criminal history information shall be submitted to the Arkansas Crime Information Center as required under § 12-12-1007.

  2. (b) The central repository shall enter these disposition records in an expeditious manner.

  3. (c) Criminal history information provided to the central repository or the Department of Arkansas State Police shall not be subject to disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq.
