Rules of Practice and Procedure for Administrative Hearings Before Administrative Law Judges in Cases Involving Allegations of Unlawful Employment of Aliens, Unfair Immigration-Related Employment Practices, and Document Fraud
- Unavailability of Administrative Law Judge.
In the event the Administrative Law Judge designated to conduct the hearing becomes unavailable, the Chief Administrative Law Judge, may designate another Administrative Law Judge for the purpose of further hearing or other appropriate action.
