Section, act Apr. 21, 1948, ch. 224, §1, 62 Stat. 197 , transferred records, property, and civilian personnel of the Remount Service of the Quartermaster Corps of the Army to the Department of Agriculture effective July 1, 1948, and was omitted from the Code as obsolete.
