Section, act July 26, 1947, ch. 343, title IX, §905, as added Pub. L. 104–93, title III, §303(a), Jan. 6, 1996, 109 Stat. 965 ; amended Pub. L. 104–293, title III, §304, Oct. 11, 1996, 110 Stat. 3464 ; Pub. L. 105–107, title III, §304, Nov. 20, 1997, 111 Stat. 2252 ; Pub.
