§106. Federal Acquisition Regulation
In this subtitle, the term "Federal Acquisition Regulation" means the regulation issued under section 1303(a)(1) of this title.

The defined term is made applicable to the subtitle because of the numerous references throughout the Office of Federal Procurement Policy Act (Public Law 93–400,
