(1) Five years after June 7, 2018, the department must submit a report to the appropriate labor committees of the legislature by December 1, 2023. The report must include the number of industrial insurance claims which included the presumption provided for in RCW 51.32.187(2)(a).
(2) This section expires December 1, 2024.
