(a) “Board” means the Board of Land Use Appeals as defined in section 135 of Title 3, Virgin Islands Code, and section 236 of Title 29, Virgin Islands Code.
(b) “Person” means any individual, firm, partnership, corporation, company, association, joint stock association, government, or quasi-governmental agency, or other entity, including a trustee, a receiver, or assignee, or a similar representative of any of them.
(c) “Zoning Administrator” means the Zoning Administrator as defined in subsection (a) of section 235, Title 29, Virgin Islands Code.
