  • Except as otherwise provided by the Constitution of the United States, the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands, or other statute, or by these or other provisions promulgated by the Supreme or Superior Courts of the Virgin Islands, no person has a privilege to:
    • (a) refuse to be a witness;

    • (b) refuse to disclose any matter;

    • (c) refuse to produce any object or writing; and

    • (d) prevent another from being a witness or disclosing any matter or producing any object or writing.
