  • (a) The Superior Court shall be comprised of criminal, civil, traffic, family, magistrate judge's, conciliation and small claims divisions. The court may create such additional divisions as the public interest requires. The presiding judge shall from time to time designate and assign judges to sit in the various divisions of the court in each of the judicial divisions of the Territory as the business of the court may require.

  • (b) Deleted.

  • (c) There is established as a division within the Superior Court, the Territorial Probation Office. At the head of the Territorial Probation Office, there shall be a Chief Probation Officer who shall administer the Office, subject to the supervision, control, and direction of the Presiding Judge. There shall be such Deputy Chief Probation Officers and such other officers as the Presiding Judge of the Superior Court deems necessary for the proper administration and performance of duties and functions.
