  • (a) No individual may be enrolled in the Youth Transitional Employment Program for more than three years.

  • (b) Enrollment in the Youth Transitional Employment Program shall not relieve any individual of obligations under the Military Selective Service Act (50 U.S.C. App. 451 et seq.).
