Every association formed under the provisions of this chapter, shall have a corporate name, and may sue and be sued, plead and be impleaded, prosecute and defend in all courts of the United States Virgin Islands; shall hold, pay, sell, assign, convey, mortgage and lease such real, personal or mixed property as shall be required for its corporate purposes.
