(a) The Craft and Labor Schedule which follows in the basic pay schedule for positions assigned to, and allocated to grades under, the Craft and Labor System provided by section 493(b) of this chapter.

(b) Effective as of September 12, 1969, each employee in the maintenance division of the Department of Education of the Virgin Islands shall receive a salary increase of seven (7) percent per annum of the actual salary received by such employee.
(c) Each employee of the Department of Public Works of the Virgin Islands, receiving a salary at the rate of $2.00 or less per hour, shall receive a salary increase of fifteen (15) percent per annum of the actual salary received by such employee, and each employee receiving a salary at the rate of $2.01 or more per hour shall receive a salary increase of ten (10) percent per annum of the actual salary received by such employee. Such increases shall become effective retroactively to October 6, 1969.
