  • (a) The Silver Alert Community Response System Fund is established in the Treasury of the Government of the Virgin Islands. The Commissioner of Finance shall administer this Fund as a separate and distinct fund in the Treasury of the Virgin Islands.

  • (b) The Fund consists of all sums appropriated by the Legislature, all public and private grants, gifts, donations, bequests and devises.

  • The Commissioner of Finance shall disburse money from the Fund at the direction of the Commissioner of Human Services exclusively to implement and maintain the Silver Alert Community Response System.
