The Board is authorized to grant a special Provisional Real Estate Appraiser's License to an applicant who successfully passes an examination approved and administered by the Board and consistent with the Uniform State Certification Examination issued or endorsed by the Appraisal Qualification Board of the Appraisal Foundation, and who does not meet either the experience or education requirements (but not both). This Provisional Real Estate Appraiser's License shall be valid for two years and may not be renewed. Anyone receiving a special Provisional Real Estate Appraiser's License shall within two years of issuance of the license, complete either the experience or education requirements for either the “Licensed” or “Certified” Real Estate Appraiser's category.
