Display of compliance sign or monogram

The Civil Rights Commission shall require licensees to display a sign in their business places bearing the inscription: “This business complies with the Civil Rights Act of the United States Virgin Islands”. In lieu of such sign and inscription, the Civil Rights Commission may create or authorize the creation of a monogram which, when posted, shall signify that the business where displayed does comply with the Civil Rights Act.
