Upon entry of an Expungement Order, the Superior Court shall cause a certified copy of the order to be delivered to the Commissioner of Police who shall have 10 days after receipt to expunge the arrest record of the person whose name appear on the order and shall have ten additional days to notify the National Crime Information Center and any other Agency which receives copy of arrest records that the arrest record of the person whose name appears on the Order should be treated as not having been arrested and no record of the National Crime Information Center or of any other agency shall be accepted in any Court of the Virgin Islands after an Order of Expungement has been entered by the Court. The Superior Court may make and adopt any rules necessary to carry out the mandates of this Act.
