At public performances, or other amusements, persons in the audience shall conduct themselves in a decent and orderly manner, and shall not interrupt the same, nor mar the enjoyment of others, by unnecessary noise, shouts, or by any other means. The police may at the request of the manager or other person in charge of public performance or amusement including theaters, night clubs or places of open-air entertainment be present for the purpose of preserving order and may arrest any person who in his presence commits any violation of this section and may remove, using such reasonable force as may be necessary, any person who refuses to leave the premises at the request of the said manager or person in charge.
