(a) The term “Virgin Islands Identification Card” shall mean and refer to a non driver identification card, a non real ID Identification Card, or Territorial Identification Card issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
(b) The term “Director” shall mean the Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
