  • (a) The Department of Tourism may charge and collect a reasonable fee not less than the actual cost to the Government for promotional products and items, including calendars, posters, magazines, pamphlets, tourism paraphernalia and other similar material.

  • (b) The Department of Tourism is authorized to charge and collect a reasonable fee equal to the proximated cost to the Government for researching or compiling information or handling charges, publications, materials or services which, in its judgment, should not be furnished gratis to those requesting the information, research, handling, materials, publication or other services.

  • (c) Any monies received pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the Commerce Publication Revolving Fund, established pursuant to Title 33, section 3069, Virgin Islands Code.
