(1) an office, which may but need not be a place of its business in the Virgin Islands, at which shall be kept the records required by Section 326 of this chapter to be maintained; and
(2) an agent for service of process on the limited partnership, which agent must be an individual resident of the Virgin Islands, a domestic corporation, or a foreign corporation authorized to do business in the Virgin Islands.
