  • The trial jury in civil actions shall consist of twelve persons, unless the parties consent to a lesser number.
  • The trial jury shall be drawn by lot by the clerk from a trial jury box containing the names of those who have been summoned and not excused as jurors under chapter 29 of Title 4.
