(a) Each Commissioner shall attend the meeting of the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws, and both in and out of such National Conference shall promote uniformity in state and territorial laws, upon all subjects where uniformity may be deemed desirable and practicable by:
(1) participating in drafting model legislation to provide uniformity in state laws; and
(2) promoting consideration of the uniform legislation in the United States Virgin Islands.
(b) The Commission shall report to the Legislature of the Virgin Islands within 30 days of its biennial convening and from time to time thereafter as the Commission may deem proper, an account of its transactions, and its advice and recommendations for legislation.
