Any person, firm or corporation who violates section 3011 of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. Any person, firm or corporation, which has been found guilty as aforesaid, or any person, firm or corporation acquiring derivative rights therefrom shall be prohibited from maintaining any civil action for the recovery of any debt created through the use of said credit card.
