• (a) The Supreme Court may employ such professional, administrative and clerical personnel as it considers necessary.

• (b) The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court may appoint and fix the terms, duties and compensation of the officers and employees of the Court.

• (c)

  • (1) The Supreme Court may use and occupy such buildings and facilities as may be made available to it.

  • (2) The Supreme Court may obtain such office space for each of the justices thereof as is necessary and appropriate to permit the justices to carry out their duties properly.
