Supervisory personnel appointed under section 2 of this title or under those provisions of “an Act to Provide that the United States shall Aid the States in Wildlife Restoration Projects, and for Other Purposes”, Act of Congress September 2, 1937, 50 Stat. 917 (16 U.S.C. § 669 et seq.) which apply to the United States Virgin Islands, have the power of police officers in the enforcement of this chapter.
