  • Any person who—
    • (1) practices or offers to practice architecture, engineering, or land surveying in the Virgin Islands without being licensed in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, or

    • (2) uses in connection with his name, or who otherwise assumes, uses, or advertises, any title or description tending to convey that he is an architect, engineer, or land surveyor licensed to practice in the Virgin Islands without being so licensed, or

    • (3) presents or attempts to use the license or seal of another, or

    • (4) attempts to use an expired, suspended, or revoked license, or

    • (5) gives false or forged evidence of any kind to the Board or any member thereof in obtaining or attempting to obtain a license, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and may, upon conviction, be fined not more than $2,000 or imprisoned not more than one year, or both.
