  • Any person, corporation, partnership, association, agent, guardian, executor, administrator or trustee may become a member of such association by opening an account therein, subscribing to the bylaws, and annexing to his signature his post-office address. Whenever he desires his post-office address changed, he shall give written notice thereof to the secretary of the association. For the purpose of giving a member notice by mail, the last post-office address given by him shall be deemed the proper one.
  • A minor may hold an account in an association in his own name and the account with its redemption value shall not be subject to the control of his parent, guardian or trustee and a receipt of acquittance signed by a minor, who is an account holder, shall be a valid and sufficient release and discharge of an association for any payment of an account, or delivery of rights, to such minor.
