  • (a)–(c) [Repealed eff. Jan. 1, 1971.]

  • (a) The Commissioner in his discretion may subsidize living accommodations for nursing personnel recruited for service on the island of St. John by contributing toward the rental of such accommodations such amount as he may deem reasonable and equitable. Such subsidies shall be paid from the annual appropriations of the Department of Health.
