(a) The Governor shall appoint a Federal Programs Coordinator (hereinafter referred to as the “Coordinator”). The Coordinator shall receive a salary as determined by law, and shall be furnished such necessary office space, professional, secretarial and clerical assistance, supplies and equipment as are necessary to the performance of his duties. His office shall be within the Office of Management and Budget.
(b) The Federal Programs Coordinator, within the Office of Management and Budget, shall coordinate the functions of his office with the management and budget responsibilities of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget.
