(a) Subject to the approval of the V.I. Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, the Hospital Administrator shall provide by regulation for the extending of credit facilities to persons required to pay the full or partial costs of medical care. Such regulations shall include provisions as to the deposit and monthly installments required of such persons.
(b) Subject to the approval of the V.I. Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, the Hospital Administrator shall provide by regulation for the payment by major credit cards of medical services and care rendered by Government hospitals and clinics.
