(a) Applicants for licenses pursuant to this chapter shall apply for one of the following licenses:
(1) master electrician's license
(2) master plumber's license
(3) master mechanical license
(4) fiber optic technician license
(b) An electrical, plumbing, master plumber or master mechanical or fiber optic technician license issued to a person representing a business operating under a trade, partnership or corporation name, shall be valid only as long as the name or names appearing on such license are the same as the name or names of the person or persons operating such business. In case of any change in the status of either the person representing such business or in the business name, license shall be required.
(c) A person serving as such representative under such license shall devote his full time to the business for which the license is issued and shall personally sign applications for certificates of electrical, fiber optic or plumbing inspection, as the case may be.
