The laws contained in each volume provided for in this chapter shall, upon certification by the Lieutenant Governor as to their being correct transcripts of the texts of the originals of such Acts, be accepted as legal evidence thereof in all courts of the Virgin Islands and by all officials and branches of the Virgin Islands Government, and in all proceedings before any board, commission, body, or officer of this territory.
