  • As used in this chapter, unless the context requires, otherwise:

    • (a) “Director” means the Director of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

    • (b) “Bureau” means the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.

    • (c) “Fund” means the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Fund established under § 232.
