(a) “Adult” means an individual 18 or more years of age.
(b) “Health care” mean any care, treatment, service, or procedure to maintain, diagnose, or treat an individual's physical or mental condition.
(c) “Health care provider” means a person who is licensed, certified or otherwise authorized pursuant to Title 27, chapter 1, subchapter II, Virgin Islands Code, to administer health care in the ordinary course of business or practice of a profession.
(d) “Minor” means an individual who is not an adult.
