• The Lieutenant Governor shall send, immediately after enactment of any session law of the Legislature of the Virgin Islands, a copy thereof to each of the following libraries:

  • (1) the Enid M. Baa Library, St. Thomas,

  • (2) the St. Thomas Campus Library of the College of the Virgin Islands,

  • (3) the Law Library of the District Court, St. Thomas,

  • (4) the Law Library of the Legislature, St. Thomas,

  • (5) the Law Library of the Attorney General's Office, St. Thomas,

  • (6) the Florence Williams Public Library, St. Croix,

  • (7) the St. Croix Campus Library of the College of the Virgin Islands,

  • (8) the Law Library of the District Court, St. Croix,

  • (9) the Law Library of the Attorney General's Office, St. Croix,

  • (10) the Cruz Bay Public Library, St. John,

  • (11) the Frederiksted Public Library, St. Croix,

  • (12) the Law Library of the Superior Court, St. Thomas,

  • (13) the Law Library of the Superior Court, St. Croix,

  • (14) the Legislation Activities Center in the Office of the Governor, and

  • (15) any additional libraries designated as depository libraries under section 883 of Title 3, Virgin Islands Code.
