  • (a) A declaration executed in another state in compliance with the law of that state or of this Territory is validly executed for purposes of this chapter.

  • (b) A declaration executed in a jurisdiction outside of the United States, its territories and possessions is validly executed for purposes of this chapter if it complies with the law of the state, territory or possession of the United States in which the person was domiciled at the time it was executed.
