Application for a license shall be in writing, under penalty of perjury, and in the form prescribed by the Banking Board. The application shall give the location where the business is to be conducted, and shall include the names and addresses of the partners, officers, directors, or trustees of the applicant. At the time of making such application, the applicant shall pay to the Banking Board the sum of $400 as an annual license fee provided that if the application is made after October first in any year the license fee shall be $200. Moneys received from payment of fees under this subchapter shall be covered into the general fund of the Treasury.
