  • (a) The Commissioner of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs may revoke or suspend any license issued under this chapter, upon finding, after public notice and adequate hearing, that such revocation or suspension is in the public interest.

  • (b) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Commissioner of the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs under this section shall be entitled to a review of the decision by the district court upon appeal made within 30 days after receiving notice of the decision.
