Any impresario of a boxing or wrestling event or any employee thereof who refuses or in any way fails to comply with the provision of this chapter or of the rules and regulations prescribed by the Commission for implementing same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction be punished by a fine of not less than two hundred (200) dollars nor more than five hundred (500) dollars, or by imprisonment in jail for a term of not less than thirty (30) days nor more than six (6) months. For the purposes of this chapter, the word “impresario” includes, but without any limitation whatsoever, the owner, co-owner, manager, assistant manager, administrator, assistant administrator, or person in charge of the management of any boxing or wrestling team or aggregation; any natural or artificial person who directly or indirectly takes part in the promotion or running of any boxing or wrestling event or show; or any natural or artificial person who in any other capacity takes part, directly or indirectly, in any aspect of a boxing or wrestling event or show.
