  • (a) The Commissioner of the Virgin Islands Police Department shall establish a maintenance division within the Virgin Islands Police Department, in both districts, to repair, maintain and equip police vehicles.

  • (b) The Commissioner shall hire all personnel, and establish rules, regulations, and procedures necessary to implement the provisions of subsection (a) of this section.
