  • (a) Every person who obtains a license under the provisions of this subchapter, shall, within 30 days after issuance, register the license in the office of the Commissioner of Health. Thereafter such license shall be annually registered as a condition to further practice upon payment at the office of the Commissioner of Health of a fee of $100.00.

  • (b) The Commissioner of Health, upon recommendation of the Board, and subject to appeal to the Governor, may revoke or suspend the license to practice issued to any person under this subchapter who, after due notice and hearing by the Board, is found to be guilty of any unprofessional or dishonorable conduct, including habitual drunkenness, excessive use of narcotics, or the soliciting of patronage by agents.
