The Government shall have 15 days after enactment of this chapter to notify in writing all employees that were transferred or assigned out of the Virgin Islands Drug Enforcement Bureau as to the reinstatement provisions of section 1234 and as to the employees' right to declare their intent to return to the agency or remain employed with the agency to which they are currently assigned. Such employees shall thereafter notify the Director of the V.I. Division of Personnel in writing within 15 days after their receipt of notice of their intent to remain in their current assignments or positions.
