(1) to the payment of the fees and allowances of the assignee, clerk, marshal, attorneys, and officers;
(2) to the payment of any public tax or assessment charged against the assignor or assignors or his or their property;
(3) to the payment of claims for labor or wages of not more than 60 days;
(4) to the payment of other preferred claims in full;
(5) the balance shall be divided among the creditors so that the amount paid to each shall bear the same relation to the whole sum to be so divided that the amount of such creditor's claim shall bear to the aggregate amount of all the claims proven.
