(1) shall be construed to abridge the power of any court of competent jurisdiction to require testamentary or nontestamentary trustees to file an inventory, to account, to exhibit the trust property, or to give beneficiaries information or the privilege of inspection of trust records and papers, at times other than those prescribed by this chapter; or
(2) shall be construed to abridge the power of such court for cause shown to excuse a trustee from performing any or all of the duties imposed on him by this chapter; or
(3) shall prevent the trustee from accounting voluntarily when it is reasonably necessary, even though he is not required to do so by this chapter or by court order.
