Quo warranto and scire facias abolished; actions to dissolve corporations

  • (a) The writ of scire facias, the writ of quo warranto, and proceedings by information in the nature of quo warranto shall not apply in the Virgin Islands but the remedies formerly obtainable under those forms may be obtained by an action as prescribed in this chapter.

  • (b) An action to dissolve a corporation and to forfeit its corporate rights and franchises shall be brought as provided in sections 288 and 289 of Title 13.
